hello. Um, it's the day after the us elections here on november 6 2024. Some part of me is already accelerating to 2025. Um, I just recorded a message about predictions, but I wanted to also hold space for whatever you might be feeling in terms of heavier emotions on the result, because I get it, I've gone there, but also come back and like numbed and dissociated a bit for and also some part of me is ever hyper optimistic.

Speaker 1:

Part of me that so served me in many ways is trusting that some good will come out of it, some things will happen that are for the best, and asking that we can handle it with as much grace as possible. So I know you might be struggling and you might be feeling heavy and wondering what's wrong with the world, as I certainly have. So I want to hold space for us all and do some meditating, because there's nothing quite like if you feel like it's accessible to ground your energy, to connect deep within, to call in energies of love and protection. We can feel all these feeling states. It is accessible If we can disconnect from everything that's going on for just a few moments and then, if I feel called to, I will open up the Akashic Records for a message for us all to receive around this time and the wildness of this time and what does it mean for us all. But if it doesn't flow, maybe this message is meant to be short and sweet, so trusting that, inviting you to create sacred space with the candle, crystal water if that's too much prep for you and if it's all you can manage, is all right. I've got five minutes. I can close my eyes, receive thative. That too. Let's begin. I'm inviting you to gently close your eyes and bring your hand onto your heart, on your heart space and your other hand. So I have my right hand on my heart and my left hand on my belly, and this can be a very beautiful somatic way to signal safety. Your heart and your solar plexus chakras are energy centers.

Speaker 1:

Applying some pressure on these points in your body that are tied to these energetic points as well Breathing deeply, inhaling through your nose, exhaling out through your mouth, feeling your chest and belly move as you allow for this inhale and exhale to bring regulation into your body. You don't have to force it. If it feels hard to calm down, come out of an anxiety-filled state, the answer is not to force it or squash it down. The answer is to be with it. Maybe even if you feel the anxiety in your body, noticing where it is in your body. If you feel the anxiety in your body, noticing where it is in your body, do you feel a tightness in your shoulder? Do you feel a sensation in your neck or your belly, in your heart, in your throat, wherever it might be? Can you use the power of your imagination to pull that sensation out of your body? It's as if it were a ball of energy and you just pulled it out. Maybe there are multiple balls of energy. You just pulled it out and you're staring at this ball of energy suspended in the air and wondering what is it that you need, and looking at it and seeing if it has a color or a shape. These are all ways to use our subconscious to process information and energy. So just go with that, play with that.

Speaker 1:

To me, this ball of energy that I pulled out from somewhere between my throat and heart looks like a grayish, smoky ball of energy, swirling anti-clockwise as I'm watching it, and almost has this stormy, cloudy feeling to it, and so I'm asking it what does it need? What does it want us to know? And so I'm asking it what does it need? What does it want us to know? And so I'm asking it what does it need? What does it want us to know or do or be? I'm feeling the invitation to breathe, now that you've moved that energy out. So just breathe, deep breath in and exhaling out through your mouth. Do you feel any difference within you? How does it feel to hold this tension of this energy separate from you, but also feeling clearer within? It does feel clearer within me, but I'm also feeling this cloud and wondering what to do with it and I'm going to wait for guidance from my guides.

Speaker 1:

It feels like this is the process today. So, oh, got a surge of energy down through my crown and wondering Okay, you're saying to reconnect to love, to reconnect to love, and so I'm feeling the guides. If you can imagine your higher power coming through, maybe it's god, universe, whatever you believe and trust in this feeling that pour in as light as love. It feels like it's pouring down my upper torso and hand, neck and it's like pouring into my body from up here and just feeling all these chills start to pour down. As I feel that pouring down my entire body and legs and arms, I feel called to give myself a big hug and I'm inviting you to bring your arms around you and give yourself a big hug too.

Speaker 1:

The guides are now inviting us to take whatever energy you pulled out of you that's been suspended in the air, if it's felt hard to hold that separate from you, inviting you to do that process again. I'm taking a moment now, as I'm holding myself, to rock my body back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. It feels like a calming, regulating practice and you're welcome to lean into it as long as you need to, letting energy move through you, trusting that your body can take care of itself. And I felt the guides bring in this magical bottle. You know how. There's the, this message in a bottle concept, and it's thrown on the seas and it floats away.

Speaker 1:

In the same way, they're asking like pour all of this difficult, heavy energy into this bottle, this bottle that they are placing in front of you and seeing all these wisps of gray energy pouring in that big, smoky, cloudy ball of energy pushing its way, forcing its way in. And as soon as you do that, the guides are coming in with this cork, this topper, plugging the bottle and sending it on its way into this field of energy that looks just like a water body. It's like we'll take care of it for you. You don't need to hold on to that. We love you and thank you for regulating with us today. Thank you.
