From Pressure to Permission: Practicing Rest and Receiving

Join me in this episode of 'Unlock Your Soul Magic' - I share a personal update about a recent hand burn injury from a glamping trip.  As someone with old patterns around overachieving and constantly doing,  I talk about the internal pressure I felt right before the trip to "get everything done" and what it took to release my Job Loss Healing Ritual offering from a space of easefulness, rather than pressure -- even if much later than I intended.  

I reflect on the lessons I've learned -- the importance of giving oneself permission to rest and recognizing the ancestral burden of unseen labor we can carry as women that can subconsciously push us to stay in a "doing" mode.
